We both wanted to write to you to express our appreciation to you. You helped us with our most important decision- buying and selling home. We have worked with many realtors and in our opinion, you have been the best by far. We felt so confident in your abilities to help us, we never had to worry about all the details that , in the past, are usually troublesome when purchasing or selling a home.

     This is amazing to me! You not only found us the perfect home, but sold our home in under 20 days. Your negotiation skills are exceptional- you got us pretty much the asking price of the home we were selling and found us a new one that was within our budget. I gave you a pretty steep list of requirements that we would need in a new home and you came in right on target. After all the time I personally spent on research and attending open houses, it was YOU that found the perfect home for us! I find that quite remarkable, since what we were looking for was rather specific.

     When it came time to close on both homes, you were right there, every step of the way. In fact, you went above and beyond the call of duty when there was a snag on the part of the buyers of our home. You were able to fix any situations that arose. That freed Mark and I up to tackle the details of moving. You were instrumental in the entire process, each step of the way.

     I will need plenty of your business cards to send to all of our friends and family. We have recommended many people to call you already because of the fine job you did for us. I will keep you in mind in the future for any of our real estate needs.

     As soon as we have the date, you are certainly welcome and invited to our open house to celebrate such a wonderful experience.

     I had always heard that buying a house is never easy, especially when it is your first time doing it. After having found, bought and moved into my home within a month, I would certainly dispute the fact that buying a house needs to be a painful and lengthy process.

     Of course having had the right realtor has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE for me. I selected Mark Clark from the ad he had placed on the paper regarding one of the properties he was selling.
